Our metal coating services has five separate coating plants on our Aylesbury site. This flexibility enables us to offer a fast professional service for one offs, prototypes or full production runs.

We can cope with items weighing up to 2500kgs measuring up to 6.5 x 3 x 2 metres. Longer handrails can be accommodated by arrangement.

We have manual and automatic powder coating facilities and can apply liquid paints by air spray, airless spray, electrostatic spray etc.

Pretreatment is an essential part of the finishing process. We offer in house grit blasting, zinc metal spray, specialist priming and chromate, zinc phosphate processes.
